Return Policy

For returns please send a email to devin@dacustomjewelry.com. Products are eligible for exchange within 12 days , if you decide you rather have a different product that's available for purchase. All items returned must be unworn and will be inspected upon arrival. Custom jewelry products aren't eligible for refund in effort to ensure you get the exact product you wanted all details and specifications are discussed prior to production. Products listed for sell are inspected for any defects prior to shipping, if there's any major defects the purchased item(s) are eligible for a full refund.
