Shipping & Returns
All shipping will be done between 1 to 2 days unless shipping carriers are closed due to holidays / natural disaster if so it will be sent within 2 days of them opening. To initiate a return for exchange clients are to contact us to receive a authorization number. You have 12 days to decide if you're keeping your purchase. Upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected. Items showing signs of wear or that have been damaged or altered in any way aren't eligible for exchange , as well as items that have been engraved. Only items with defects are eligible for refund. Tennis chains and bracelets aren't eligible for refund. Email us at email@example.com to obtain a return Authorization number. You must write return number on package before sending (needs to be clearly stated) If return authorization isn’t written on the outside of the box it will not be accepted. Returns need to include any material which was sent to you. Please ship your return back with full insurance for your own protection , we aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages that were meant to be shipped to us.
